At Wellform, we stand behind the quality of our products and the integrity of our customer experience. To maintain fairness and operational clarity, we’ve outlined our refund policy below.

 

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • First-Time Purchases Only. Refunds are available exclusively for customers placing their first order with Wellform. If you’ve ordered from us before, your purchase is not eligible for a refund.

  • One Item Per Order. Refunds are limited to one item per order. If multiple items were purchased, only one may be selected for refund.

  • Within 30 Days of Delivery. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.


Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • You’ve placed more than one order with Wellform

  • You attempt to return more than one item from a single order

  • The return request is submitted more than 30 days after delivery
